✅ New Release: Audit Log & Image Edition

Audit Log has arrived to facilitate multi-user collaboration by providing traceability to every user's action on the platform. Image Edition has been introduced to enable users to retouch uploaded images for storage and E-Catalog display purposes.

New Feature: Audit Log

Following the introduction of Multi-user accounts, this new feature aims to deliver traceability on product changes. This is important when more than 2 users are responsible for different types of data points for product information. 

For example, Merchandising users may be in charge of pricing information, Marketing users may be in charge of image and text enrichments for increased marketability, and Operations users will be more focused on packaging and logistics-related information. Since multiple users are editing the same SKU, a basic audit log is required to understand the change history of a given product.

To access the audit log, simply:

1. On Homepage, click on the Products tab on the navigation panel to the left.
2. Above the product table there are several functions related to the products on the account, click on 'Change History'
   
3. On the modal window, select the time frame that suits your enquiry, then click the button 'Download'.
   
4. The CSV file downloaded will contain 4 columns:
   1. Update Time: This contains the timestamp of the change
   2. Update by: The user who performed the action
   3. Actions: The operation performed by the user
   4. Updated Results: This contains all the raw data saved by the user at that moment.
      The data within these cells are formatted containing all fields separated by commas:  "Field Name 1":"Value1","Field Name 2":"Value2"
      For example: 
      "Product Name (English)":"Sichuan Flavor Photo Chips","Company ID":628

New Feature: Image Edition

To start using the image edition tool, simply:

1. On Homepage, click on the Products tab on the navigation panel to the left.
2. Select the product you want to edit, and click on the Product ID value. Then click 'Edit' on top right corner.
3. If the product does not contain an image, you can upload it directly by clicking 'Select File' or by dragging and dropping an image from your system file explorer.
4. Once uploaded, hover over the image, 3 options will appear: Edit, View, Delete. Click 'Edit'.
5. A modal window will open up where you can edit the image with the following functions:
   1. Crop
   2. Zoom In/ Zoom Out
   3. Rotate Image
   Note that the image dimensions are always square, as this is the standard for most of the e-commerce portals on product images.

High-res QR Code Download

The  E-Catalog sharing experience both on User Portal and E-Catalog pages have been enhanced!

When clicking 'Share via QR Code', the auto-generated QR code will be displayed with a 'Download' button, so the user can quickly download the QR as a JPEG file format in high-resolution.
